Active in the Student and Multifamily industry since 2001, Donna brings 20 years of operational experience and expertise in property management; from new developments, to stabilizing acquisitions, to rebranding communities, and multi-million-dollar rehabs.



As Director of Business Development, Donna is responsible for sourcing new business for all Pivotal platforms and ensuring brand awareness of Pivotal within both the Student and Multifamily sectors. With her in-depth knowledge and passion for operations, Donna will be able to strategize and customize our services to the needs of our clients.
