Tanner has over 12 years of industry experience in the Student, Multifamily, and Military Housing Industry. He was named Leasing Manager of the Year in 2017 and nominated three other subsequent times. Tanner has assisted with asset stabilization, new acquisitions, new developments, and stabilized assets all over the country.



As Director of Operations, Tanner oversees Outreach Marketing, The Secret Shopper Experience, assists clients with Onsite and Virtual Assistance including but not limited to; Remote Lead Management, Employee Recruitment, and Due Diligence File Audits.
